FAQ page for further information.
Please answer as many questions as possible, and hit Submit. We will
attempt to respond as soon as possible, but we cannot accept any
responsibility for any missed deadline or other consequences caused.
If you have problems submitting or other questions,
please email us at the address above.

ONLINE ENQUIRY FORM
All enquiries
Our normal policy is that all new enquiries—including
requests for advice or urgent advice—must
be submitted online with the form on this page.
Information received by us is treated as strictly private and
confidential, in line with the legal and ethical duties of all
lawyers.
NO WIN NO CHARGE
If you would like to apply for a full or partial "no win no charge"
arrangement for a potential legal case, (e.g. unfair dismissal,
discrimination or sexual harassment) you
will give yourself the best chance if you:
- do not delay - strict time limits apply for some legal cases
- come to us right from the start - not after you or someone
else has tried to resolve your case
- do not resign
- provide accurate details - we expect complete honesty
Note that we are not a "free advice" service, and
therefore we do
not provide applicants with case assessments or advice unless they become
clients.
However, in most cases we will promptly assess your circumstances and let you know
whether your matter is suitable for a "no win
no charge" arrangement.
